*** Three stars. Amish Fiction. Heartwarming story of Cheryl Cooper in doing her best detective work to help her Amish friend Levi find the land deed for his newly inherited property. Well written with some unexpected twists and turns. Recommended for light reading in the Sugarcreek Amish Mysteries series.

I enjoyed reading this book because it was easy to read. Also, the book tells about how Miguel met his best friend Dante.
A Long Way To A Small Angry Planet
by Becky Chambers

This book was a little absurd. I don't typically read sci-fi that involves an entirely new universe and various alien creatures, so maybe it's just not for me. However, I did enjoy many aspects of this story. Chambers created an entire universe with new creatures, social structures, and cultures. From a sociological perspective, it was fascinating. The relationships between the characters were definitely the most intriguing part of this book. The plot itself left a lot to be desired. It truly was about the journey and not the destination. If you enjoy world building and escaping into complex relationships between various species, then this book is for you. However, if you like an adventure story driven more by plot, you may want to look elsewhere.

This is a funny, easy to read story which helps kids get over being scared of shadows. Shadows can be scary and silly and this book shows how to get rid off fears.

Passenger To Frankfurt

This book starts off so interesting. A man is traveling alone and is approached with a woman who wants to take his identity so she can escape death. He becomes so enthralled by this woman who drugs him and steals his passport that he just has to meet up with her again. She later abducts him and brings him to a very fat woman who used to know his aunt. Then it just gets very boring-in my opinion...
